Since 2016, Fonte Linda has been a place where nature, work and awareness meet.
Fonte Linda is not a project, but a process.
Every harvest, every vintage, every person who works with us shapes what is created.
We are small. But our vision is clear:
Honest products created with respect – for the earth, for people, and for time.

What we cultivate is more than oil or wine.
It is an expression of mindfulness.
Awareness. Balance. Simplicity.
Fonte Linda is more than an organic farm. It's a place of learning—about patience, about moderation, about trust.
We work with the earth, not against it.
We believe that quality arises when you listen to nature.
Fonte Linda - in harmony with the earth
Our philosophy is quiet, yet clear:
Every action counts.
Every decision carries weight.
Every year is a new dialogue between people, plants, and time.
This is how oil and wine are created that not only taste good— but also tell the story of what mindfulness means.

We look out over the Tyrrhenian Sea
Fonte Linda lies approximately 400 meters above sea level, overlooking the sea. This location, with its unique climate, is ideally suited for olive and wine cultivation.
The prevailing onshore and offshore winds create a very pleasant climate, a fact recognized by the ancient Romans over 2,000 years ago.
Two Roman villas have been documented on the site, making Fonte Linda a place that has been inhabited for over 2,000 years.

Fonte Linda – a silent rhythm,
in tune with nature.
A shared vision
Fonte Linda is the result of a shared vision by Doris Steding and Georg Döring — driven by the conviction that true quality arises from respect for nature, time and craftsmanship.
Georg Döring
Architect and co-owner of Fonte Linda. With his trained eye for structure, precision, and aesthetics, he guides the strategic and design development of the winery. His commitment particularly shapes the long-term direction and architectural style of Fonte Linda.

Doris Steding

Our philosophy
Fonte Linda stands for:
- Organic farming in harmony with nature
- Precise handcraft instead of industrial routine
- Transparency throughout the entire production chain
- The combination of Italian agriculture and international quality standards
Our goal is to create authentic products from the Maremma:
Clear, distinctive, and honest.
For us, Fonte Linda is more than just a name
It represents our philosophy: a mindful, respectful approach to nature, conscious, small-scale production, and a deep appreciation for everything this land produces.
Like a spring that flows quietly and steadily, we understand our work – gently, clearly, and in harmony with nature.

Maremma – eine stille Weite,
die bleibt, wenn alles andere vergeht.
The Maremma – land of light and wind
Fonte Linda lies in the hills of Scansano – where Tuscany becomes quieter, wider, more authentic. The air smells of thyme and salt, of soil and sun. The landscape is vast, the light pure, the nights filled with stars.
A place between sea and hills, wild and open.
The soil is rocky, the vegetation strong. Here, olive trees and vines grow with the elements, not against them. This balance shapes everything we do. In every drop of oil, in every glass of wine, you can taste the Maremma – its stillness, its strength, its soul.
